Kirstin McLatchie is a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and yoga teacher. She delights in sharing tools for growing a mindful connection to the more-than-human world.
As a kid, she spent her time playing hide and seek in redwood tree stumps, exploring tide pools and collecting tiny treasures along the way. Her love of the outdoors has taken her wandering in the woods from Eastern Sierras to the highlands of Scotland.
Kirstin is an avid sewist, a amature birder and life-long learner.
