Hi, thanks for stopping by! I’m Kirstin, and it’s nice to meet you. I live in LA, but grew up in Steinbeck Country (or if you prefer, “the Salad Bowl of the World“). After reading Red Pony as a kid, I stayed away from Steinbeck’s books until, that is, I read Travels with Charlie last year. I’ve since worked my way through a few others including Cannery Row and Of Mice and Men.

After graduating from The Art Institute of California—Orange County, I spent a few years being inspired daily at Roadtrip Nation as a graphic designer, art director, and finally education content director. Currently, I work at Occidental College as the web manager where much of my time is spent teaching faculty and staff new tools for managing their websites like WordPress. [We're moving on from FrontPage!
